- To book a room using our online booking system, please, check availability for the dates you wish. Next, select the type of room you need and fill the booking form. You will receive a written confirmation of your booking by e-mail.
- What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in is from 11:00 to 23:00 h. and check-out is from 7:00 to 11:30 h.
- Can I leave the room later?
- No.
- Can I choose the type of bed in my room (big – 2 single beds)?
- Yes.
- We travel with children. Is it possible to add an extra bed to a double room? What other alternatives do you suggest?
- It is not possible to add any extra bed to the room, but we can add a cradle.
- Do the rooms have a balcony or a terrace? How can I book one?
- No, they don’t.
- Are there non-smoking rooms?
- For your comfort, all our rooms are non-smoking.
- How many floors does the building have? Is there a lift?
- The building has 3 floors and no lift.
- Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
- No.
- Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?
- Unfortunately, our hotel is not adapted for the handicapped.
- Can you keep my luggage after leaving the room?
- Yes.
- Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?
- You will find a free parking and an underground parking near the hotel.
- Does the hotel have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?
- No.
- Do you have high-speed internet in the room for my portable computer? Is it wireless?
- Yes, we have free Internet Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel.
- What languages are spoken in the reception?
- We speak English and French.
- How much does the breakfast cost? What time is it served? Is it possible to have breakfast in our room?
- Breakfast is served every morning in our breakfast hall or in the room, depending on your needs. The price is around €8 per person. How can I cancel my booking? When you book your room in our online booking system, you will receive a written confirmation. There you will find a booking code, as well as a cancellation code. To cancel your booking, visit our web site and go to the “Rates and Bookings” section, then click on “See/Cancel Booking”. Next, follow the instructions. You only can cancel your booking within the period indicated in our cancelation policy (check your booking confirmation).
